What is the PDF Form Filler?
This tool lets you fill in any PDF — including flat, non-fillable scans and forms with no interactive fields — directly in your browser. It renders the PDF as a page image using pdf.js, then lets you click anywhere to drop a text box, checkmark, or cross on top of it. Everything happens on your device; the file is never uploaded to a server.
How to Use It
Upload your PDF, then click anywhere on the page to add a text field and type your entry. Switch to the Checkmark or Cross tool to mark checkboxes, and use the size and color controls to match the form's existing text. Drag any field to reposition it, right-click to delete it, and use Previous/Next to move between pages. When finished, click Print / Save as PDF and choose "Save as PDF" in the print dialog.
When to Use It
Use it for government forms, job applications, medical intake sheets, school permission slips, or any scanned document that has no fillable fields built in. It also works for contracts or agreements you need to sign and complete without printing them first, then hand back digitally or by print.
