What is the Time Calculator?

The Time Calculator handles three common jobs: adding a list of hour/minute/second entries together, converting a duration between units (milliseconds through weeks), and finding the elapsed time between a start and end clock time. It automatically carries over minutes into hours and seconds into minutes, so you never have to do base-60 arithmetic by hand.

How to Use It

For addition, add a row for each time value with its label, hours, minutes, and seconds, then calculate the sum. For unit conversion, enter a value and pick its unit to see it instantly expressed in every other unit. For elapsed time, enter a start and end time to get the exact duration between them.

When to Use It
